The Institute for Bird Populations is partnering with several host organizations across the country to hold both beginner and advanced banding classes. Locations include Minnesota, Maine and Virginia.

Two banding classes will be held on Hurricane Island off the coast of central Maine. The Advanced class will be held July 12-15, 2017 and the Beginner class will be held July 16-22, 2017. Two classes will be offered at the Environmental Studies on the Piedmont in Warrenton, VA. An advanced class will run from September 10-14, 2017 a beginner's class will be held and from September 17-23rd.
